Abaya Thread Exchange and Return Policy

Don’t worry if you purchase a product and discover it doesn’t fit you, as we offer an exchange and return service according to the following criteria:

Exchange and Return Conditions

The product must be in its original condition and unused.
It must contain all tags and cards that were included with the product upon receipt.
Please note that some products, such as niqabs, are not allowed to be exchanged or returned for your safety.
If you discover any damage or defects, or if the product does not meet the specifications, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will bear all shipping costs once the product is returned, after confirming the reported damage or problem.

Exchange and Return Method
Submit a request for an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the order.
The request must be submitted by contacting customer service via WhatsApp or through the store’s official page.
If the report relates to a problem or discrepancy with the product, the customer service team must be contacted via WhatsApp immediately.

International Exchange or Return Service
The customer will bear all customs and shipping fees.
If the product contains any defects or damage, the customer will be compensated for the product’s value.
To exchange or return the product, contact the customer service team via WhatsApp.

After submitting the exchange or return request:
Once the request is submitted, a return policy will be received via WhatsApp within 48 hours.
The products must be placed in their original packaging and then ensure that all attachments are included.

Procedures taken after the products are delivered to the shipping company:
Once the products are received, they will be inspected and processed within 48 hours during official business days.
Once the request is processed, the balance will be added to the wallet so that you can redeem the money again.
Please note that the return period ranges from two to 14 days.

Exchange and Return Fees
The exchange or return fee within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is 24 Saudi Riyals, and this fee will be deducted from the product value.

Please note that these fees are non-refundable (shipping costs and cash on delivery fees).

Fraud Protection

Abaya Thread works with major shipping companies authorized to deal with third parties in the shipping field. We at our store are proud to offer shipping fraud protection for all our beneficiaries, members and customers, upon receipt of the shipment. All you have to do is contact us immediately if you find any financial discrepancies in the shipping cost other than those shown on the invoice provided to you, and we will address this matter immediately.
